By JENNIFER FEEHAN BLADE STAFF WRITER NAPOLEON – Thirteen-month-old Kamryn Gerken had nearly twice the toxic level of the painkiller oxycodone in her bloodstream when she died Aug. 15, 2007, and an even higher concentration in her stomach.
