A Stanton, N.D., man pleaded guilty Tuesday to selling drugs near a Wahpeton school in October 2009. Steven Rohz Franklin, 21, received 60 days in jail and three years supervised probation for the two class A felony charges of dealing marijuana on 12th Street near Wahpeton Middle School on two occasions, one week apart.
